TORONTO — Care Bank, Canadian Americas Television (CATV) et la troupe artistique Huafengyun se sont récemment associés pour organiser une joyeuse fête estivale à Toronto. Les membres de la communauté, les bénévoles, les artistes et les amis ont été accueillis pour un après-midi axé sur la musique, la danse et la convivialité.
Entourés de verdure et baignés d'un soleil radieux, les participants ont profité d'un programme dynamique de chants, de danses et de spectacles culturels. L'événement offrait également des démonstrations de calligraphie et de peinture, des activités interactives, des cadeaux, des rafraîchissements et des occasions de rencontres dans une ambiance détendue et chaleureuse.
Un représentant de Care Bank a expliqué que cette fête visait non seulement à divertir, mais aussi à renforcer les liens communautaires, à lutter contre l'isolement social et à encourager l'engagement bénévole et caritatif.
« Une communauté se bâtit lorsque les gens se rassemblent, partagent leurs talents et prennent soin les uns des autres », a déclaré le représentant. « Grâce à la musique, la culture et l'amitié, on espère que chaque participant se sentira reconnu, accueilli et valorisé. »
La Télévision canadienne des Amériques a souligné le rôle crucial des médias communautaires dans la diffusion d'histoires positives, le soutien aux organismes locaux et le rapprochement des personnes de différentes cultures. La chaîne a réaffirmé son engagement à continuer de documenter la croissance, les contributions et les réalisations des diverses communautés du Canada.
Les membres de la troupe artistique Huafengyun ont insufflé énergie et couleur à l'événement grâce à leurs prestations enthousiastes. La troupe a insisté sur le fait que l'art est bien plus qu'un simple divertissement : il peut égayer les cœurs, préserver les traditions culturelles et rassembler les générations.
De nombreux participants ont affirmé que la célébration leur avait permis de renouer avec de vieux amis, d'en rencontrer de nouveaux et de ressentir la chaleur d'une communauté bienveillante. Les aînés ont particulièrement apprécié la musique, les danses et les échanges conviviaux.
Ce rassemblement estival a témoigné de l'engagement commun de Care Bank, de Télévision canadienne des Amériques et de la troupe artistique Huafengyun envers le service communautaire, les échanges culturels et l'inclusion sociale. Il a également démontré comment la collaboration entre les organismes sans but lucratif, les médias et les groupes artistiques peut créer des occasions enrichissantes de rencontres et de participation.

Le samedi 17 janvier 2026 en après-midi, la réception du Nouvel An 2026, organisée par le bureau de l'honorable Tim Hodgson, député de Markham–Thornhill et ministre canadien de l'Énergie et des Ressources naturelles, a eu lieu dans la salle sud du centre communautaire Milliken Mills, à Markham. Près de 200 résidents de diverses origines ethniques et culturelles ont participé à l'événement, se réunissant pour célébrer le Nouvel An, renouer avec leurs voisins et ressentir la chaleur et l'unité de leur communauté.
Markham–Thornhill, l'une des circonscriptions les plus multiculturelles du Canada, rassemble régulièrement des résidents du monde entier. La réception du Nouvel An était non seulement une fête, mais aussi un témoignage de la cohésion communautaire. Dans son allocution, elle a transmis les sincères remerciements et les meilleurs vœux du ministre Hodgson aux résidents, a remercié la communauté pour son soutien indéfectible et a exprimé l'espoir d'une prospérité et d'une harmonie continues à Markham–Thornhill pour l'année à venir.
Au-delà de son discours officiel, Mme Hodgson a eu des échanges chaleureux et constructifs avec les représentants de la communauté, témoignant d'un intérêt sincère pour le développement social et culturel local. Elle s'est renseignée sur les activités et la portée des services de Care Bank, en apprenant davantage sur son soutien aux familles dans le besoin et saluant le dévouement de longue date de ses bénévoles. Elle a également discuté de la promotion d'AngelCaring Music, manifestant son intérêt pour son impressionnante collection de dizaines de milliers d'œuvres musicales et son rôle dans la promotion de la culture communautaire, la défense des intérêts caritatifs et les échanges multiculturels. Mme He Xiangyun, fondatrice de la « Care Bank », a prononcé un discours de bienvenue en évoquant avec émotion le parcours de l'organisation au cours des quinze dernières années. Elle a souligné que la « Care Bank », fidèle à sa mission fondée sur « l'entraide et le partage », a multiplié les actions caritatives durant cette période, rassemblant ainsi des milliers de personnes bienveillantes. Elle a déclaré : « Il y a quinze ans, la Care Bank n'était qu'un simple souhait : faire de la bienveillance un trésor partagé par l'humanité et de la chaleur humaine un langage commun. Tante May Yu
Au sein de Care Bank, une aînée, « Tante May Yu », a accumulé discrètement des CBT (Caring Bank Tokens) au fil des années. Ses enfants étant désormais absorbés par leur propre vie, elle vit seule dans une résidence pour personnes âgées et ressent souvent la solitude. Heureusement, des bénévoles bienveillants lui rendent régulièrement visite pour l'aider dans de petites tâches ménagères ou simplement pour écouter de la musique en sa compagnie. Pour chaque heure de présence, sa fille transfère 100 CBT au bénévole via le portefeuille Care Bank de sa mère. Il ne s'agit pas seulement d'une aide ponctuelle, mais d'un véritable cycle d'amour. Les CBT ainsi gagnés par les bénévoles pourront un jour servir à obtenir du soutien pour eux-mêmes ou pour leurs proches. Comme on le dit souvent : « Qui donne de l'amour en reçoit en retour ; la bienveillance attire les bénédictions. » C'est là toute l'essence de l'initiative « Pay It Forward » (transmettre le bien) de Care Bank, menée activement depuis quinze ans : accumuler la bienveillance dans une « banque » pour que la chaleur humaine puisse être préservée, partagée et transmise. Care Bank 14th Anniversary Celebration
On September 2nd, the 14th anniversary celebration ceremony of Canada’s “Care Bank” and the first original poetry recitation by Heather He were held at the Markham Club.
With the theme of Care and dedication, there were a variety of activities such as reciting, dancing, mini-films, and birthday cake cutting and honouring volunteers.
Nearly a hundred guests, from Canadian political dignitaries, Toronto business and community representatives, celebrities from all walks of life, and charitable people gathered together to celebrate the 14th anniversary of the Care Bank.
The event began. First, the founder of Care Bank, Heather He Xiangyun, reviewed the 14-year history of the establishment of the "Care Bank" and its vision for future development. Then, Mr. Vincent Ke, the Ontario Member of Parliament, delivered a congratulatory message. ——Xiangyun Poetry Appreciation
He Xiangyun, the founder of the Care Bank, was a student in the Chinese Department of Hunan Normal University. She showed great talent for poetry during college. After work, she also indulged in poetry creation in her spare time. Not long ago, she sent me a message saying that she would publish her book. I was given a bunch of albums of poems and songs. After listening to them, I had some thoughts and posted them to share with my friends:
First of all, I feel that Xiangyun's lyrics are affectionate poems. The expression of emotions is the artistic expression of life's encounters. Bai Juyi once said that poetry is "seedling words, beautiful voice and real meaning". This is his theoretical summary of the characteristics of poetry. Rooted in emotion is the foundation of poetry. The reason why many of Xiangyun's lyrics with strong poetic flavor are The key to moving is to be rooted in emotion. Xiangyun's poetry has a kind of imaginative power, with deep and majestic emotional rendering, which is not light and floating, but as thick as an oil painting. There are various attachments to the stories of his hometown and friends. , flows out from his heart very naturally; and his fighting spirit in the journey of life also shows an indomitable atmosphere, so majestic, it is not a pity for the minority to moan without illness, and the power of poetry and music can be Touch people's hearts.
Secondly, the "seedling words" discussed by Bai Juyi is particularly prominent in Xiangyun's poetry. The so-called “seedling words" essentially refers to the beauty of poetic language, that is, the artistic beauty of language. If the inner expression of the soul rooted in emotion is not expressed in a gorgeous external form, it will be supported by the leaves and branches of the gorgeous seedlings. And I think Xiangyun's lyrics are not deliberately crafted, but are spiritual expressions rooted in emotion, so they are natural, profound, meaningful and moving, and are worthy of pondering and further study.
Thirdly, the "beautiful voice" mentioned by Bai Juyi is also a kind of formal beauty. When the ancients wrote poems, they paid attention to flat and oblique rhythms, which are very musical and rhythmic. These poems written by Xiangyun are to meet the needs of her music score creation. The surge of many images and the display of artistic conceptions like pictures are not only the preservation of smooth spaces between the beating words of bytes, but also the harmonious and harmonious beauty that is consistent with Lehui. I dare not say how extraordinary the music of these scores is, but at least its vocabulary is integrated into the music collection, so it is very beautiful.
Finally, the "real meaning" of Bai Juyi's words has returned to the beauty of content and the profound expression of his purpose. I think what Xiangyun's poems and songs strive for is the "real meaning" and the pursuit of the depth of purpose, so that they can be passed down and be meaningful. This may be the pursuit of every true poet and true music person. A few words from Bai Juyi on poetry are enough to illustrate this pursuit: "Poetry. Beautiful and wonderful. On a bright moon night, when the flowers are falling. It can help laughter, but also hurt separation. It can clear the resentment of metal and stone, chant the sorrow of ghosts and gods. The world only responds to me." Love is something that only you know in this world. ..." Of course, Xiangyun's poetry and music do not express sadness, but the pursuit and even struggle of all kinds of positive energy, which is grand and forward-looking. Whether it is praising love and friendship or the attitude towards worldly affairs and life, its true meaning is revealed in progress. This is a step further than the benevolent people of ancient times, and its meaning is far-reaching and real!
I dare not criticize all the poetry and music of Xiangyun in detail. I lack that kind of quality and that kind of ability, so I can only write a few thoughts. As a person who strives to succeed in all aspects, I believe that her poetry and music will also be successful. Bless her!

On September 3, 2023, Care Bank celebrated its 13th anniversary in Markham. This warm and loving celebration was held in the Chinese community branch of the Care Bank. The scene of the event was brightly lit and filled with a warm atmosphere. The heart-shaped design on the main wall brought attention to the words "Happy 13th anniversary Care Bank" and added colour to this special birthday. The celebration event was also an annual awards ceremony, which attracted the participation of guests and many volunteers including Mr. Peng from Toronto Online, Mr. Sun from Chinese Headlines, Mr. Jin from CC.News, Mr. Sun from Ruixiang Vision, and Mr. Wu from Huafengyun Art Troupe.
The predecessor of the Care Bank was the Canadian Care Alliance founded by Heather He on September 2, 2010, and was later renamed the Care Bank. Heather He served as the host of this event today. She shared the 13-year history of the Care Bank. In her speech, she sincerely thanked all the volunteers for their dedication to the community, especially those who provided warm help to single-parent families, the elderly and international students. At the same time, she mentioned that many depositors of the Care Bank have won the Platinum Jubilee Badge for the 70th Anniversary of the Queen's Ascension to the Throne, the Ontario Volunteer Award and the Volunteer Award for various community activities, which fully proves their dedication and contribution.
This year's celebration has received strong support from many outstanding companies, industry elites in various fields, and news media. A number of MPs also sent congratulatory messages to congratulate Care Bank on its 13th anniversary.
Heather He said: "The concept of the Care Bank is to gather caring people and serve the community, so that people who give to the community can record their good deeds through Care Points. These care points can be used, accumulated and passed on. Through many ways, our community will become more harmonious and better. As Heather, the chairwoman of the Care Bank, said, the richest people in the future will not look at the number of bank accounts someone has, but how much love they have, because there is warmth in love. The elderly community is also a concern for Heather He, the president of the Canadian Care Alliance, the president of the Hua Fengyun Art Troupe and a candidate for mayor of Toronto.
Today, Heather He leads the Hua Feng Yun Art Group to perform at Yee Kong Nursing Home once a month and chats with the elderly, which makes the old people very happy.

In the bright spring days, today, on May 14, we ushered in the warmest human holiday - Mother's Day. Co-organized by the Hua Fengyun Art Troupe, the Canada Care Alliance ,and the campaign team of Toronto Mayoral candidate Heather He, this is to make Toronto a better place for tomorrow and our Toronto home: The water is clearer, the sky is bluer, the city is cleaner, the community is safer, and transportation is more convenient. The elderly enjoy free transportation, and students enjoy free lunch.
The large-scale celebration, publicity, and performance activities started happily at Milliken Park Community Recreation Centre in Toronto. Performance activities by the old artist, Hua Feng Yun Art Troupe Laura Wu, personally as the celebration of Mother's Day performance director and commander in chief. Jason Wang, president of the Pan Pacific Cultural and Economic Association of North America, is the male host, and Sasha is the female host. The repertoire is complete: dance, song singing, martial arts, recitation, solo singing, male and female chorus, and more. The performance begins slowly with the chorus of the "Canadian National Anthem". Mr. Jin, the old artist, played an accordion solo for Heather He, the mayoral candidate, which brought joy to everyone.
